Booking Options
Three ways to get seen: online scheduling for the reserved slot, phone/WhatsApp for the question that needs a quick answer or the urgent booking, and walk-in for the issue that cannot wait. The booking exists for planning; the walk-in exists for urgency. Both work.
When to book vs walk in
- Book ahead — vaccinations, certificates, routine consultations, follow-ups
- Walk in — urgent illness, injuries, cannot wait
- Call first — unsure whether you need an appointment or emergency care
- Online — the convenience of booking anytime
The Appointment That Holds
The booked slot is reserved — arrive on time and the visit starts on schedule. Running late? Call ahead; we accommodate where possible. Cannot make it? Cancel so the slot serves someone else. The system works because the bookings are honored both ways.
The Scheduling Cost
Scheduling — the free (the slot that is reserved without charge). For the preferred time, the booking that costs nothing.
The Reschedule
Rescheduling — the free (the plan-change that is understood). For the trek delay or the recovery, the flexible that is offered.
The Scheduling Cost
Schedule appointment — the free (the requested that is confirmed). For the planner, the chosen-slot that is the convenience.
The No-Show
Booking no-show — the free-cancel (the courtesy that is asked). For the changed-plan, the notified that is the respectful.
How do I book an appointment?
Online scheduling on this page, phone/WhatsApp (+977-9747726036), or walk in during operating hours (8 AM–10 PM). Online booking reserves your slot; walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.
What appointment types are available?
General consultations, travel health consultations (vaccinations, altitude assessment), medical certificates, follow-up visits, and minor procedures. The booking form asks for the type; the urgent issue walks in without booking.
How far in advance should I book?
For non-urgent consultations, 1–2 days ahead ensures your preferred slot. Same-day appointments are often available — call or book online. For urgent needs, do not wait for an appointment — walk in.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Call or WhatsApp as soon as possible — we accommodate changes and appreciate the notice that lets us offer the slot to another patient. No penalty for reasonable notice; repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes — book with their details (name, passport number for registration) and note the patient's name in the booking. For minors, a parent or guardian books and accompanies; for adults, the patient books for themselves ideally.
