Prepare Before You Arrive
The appointment card consolidates what you need — the when, the where, and the what-to-bring. The prepared patient walks in with passport, insurance details, and medication list; the visit starts immediately rather than searching for documents.
Bring to every appointment
- Passport — identification and insurance documentation
- Insurance information — policy number, emergency contact
- Medication list — what you take, doses, allergies
- Relevant records — prior test results, treatment notes
- Symptom notes — when it started, how it has changed
Changes Happen
Plans shift — trek schedules move, symptoms resolve, priorities change. Call or WhatsApp to reschedule; the slot freed by your cancellation serves another patient. The appointment card has the contact information for exactly this purpose.

What is the appointment card for?
A printable card with your appointment details — date, time, what to bring, clinic address, and contact numbers. Keep it on your phone or print it; the card is the reminder that travels with you.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Passport, insurance information, medication list, and any relevant medical records. The card lists these; the prepared visit is faster than the unprepared one.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Call or WhatsApp +977-9747726036 — we accommodate schedule changes with reasonable notice. No-shows without notice may affect future scheduling; a message lets us offer the slot to someone else.
What if I am running late?
Call ahead — we can often accommodate short delays or reschedule if needed. Arriving significantly late may mean waiting for the next available slot; communication prevents the wasted trip.
Can I use the card for insurance?
The card confirms the appointment; the documentation for insurance claims comes from the visit itself (receipts, consultation notes, diagnostic reports). The card is the appointment reminder, not the claim document.
